- Independent processing of overdue and / or enforceable claims (extrajudicial / judicial dunning procedure, title monitoring)
- Written and telephone correspondence with debtors, customers, lawyers and enforcement authorities
- Contact with the dunning courts and cooperation with the contract lawyers
- Customer counselling

- Completed vocational training as a paralegal (m/f/d) or commercial vocational training
- Professional experience in debt collection or as a paralegal (m/f/d)
- Communicative and social skills, confident demeanour
- Experienced handling of the PC
