Pre-trial measures
We reimburse the creditor 100 % of the principal claim if the debtor settles the total claim in advance by full payment or instalment repayment. Incoming payments are offset in accordance with § 367 BGB. In the negative case, the claim for reimbursement of the collection costs is assigned to ADVIN Inkassoservice GmbH in lieu of fulfilment. Expenses such as address tracing are to be reimbursed by the client.
Judicial measures
We will reimburse the creditor 100 % of the principal claim if the debtor settles the total claim after applying for a payment order and initiating enforcement measures (up to the first measure). Incoming payments are offset in accordance with § 367 BGB.
In the negative case, the claim for reimbursement of the collection costs is assigned to ADVIN Inkassoservice GmbH in lieu of fulfilment. Expenses such as court fees are to be reimbursed by the client.
Long-term monitoring
Numerous measures are necessary to maintain your claim for up to 30 years.To protect you from cost risks and decisions, we agree a success commission of 50 % of the principal claim with you in the event of successful overall collection. In the event of a negative outcome, we assume the cost risk, which has been assigned to ADVIN Inkassoservice GmbH in lieu of fulfilment.Incoming payments are settled in accordance with § 367 BGB.
Foreign debt collection
Together with our partner network, we will assert your claim locally in the local language. You enjoy the benefit of a low flat rate for our joint measures. If we are successful, we will reimburse you up to 80 % of the principal claim. The amount of the reimbursement depends on the country.
Legal representation
With your consent, our co-operation partners Staab und Kollegen and Spaetgens will represent you in legal proceedings, which will be carried out by lawyers specialising in all areas of law. We will inform you of the amount of the legal fees and court costs in each individual case and assess the prospects of legal action in advance free of charge. Please bear in mind that the legal costs are incurred in accordance with the scale of legal fees and are to be borne by the creditor until full reimbursement by the debtor.
Special agreements
We have framework agreements with numerous associations, such as physiotherapy, pharmacies, medicine and camping, with price advantages for members.
We also offer special conditions for bulk collections, small claims or larger portfolios of enforceable claims. We will be happy to advise you individually and find the right agreement for your needs.
